The worst service ever!

Package not been delivered since December 8th. Customer support is ignoring all my requests for a refund and compensation!

The shipment was related to the year of 2019. Now we unable to do enquiry.

Took a bit longer than expected. Tracking not always up to date, but the parcel got there fine and at a great price!

Package has been pending for a few years now, not arrived yet.

Well, it's been a couple of years, but my package still has not arrived. It's due to COVID they said at Parcel Monkey.
Lesson: If you want to lose whatever you are sending, this service is great.Agent replied on 10/20/24
Apologies for the issue. From year 2020 As you know well we tried many ways to locate the parcel, unfortunatly it was unsuccessful and the parcel was not returned from Netherlands as well. We refunded you the full shipping cost and claim amount as well.
Once again sorry for the issue.
