I have NOT received my parcel!

I have NOT received my parcel! ParcelMonkey customer service is deferring to Royal Mail, Royal Mail tells me to coordinate with ParcelMonkey. ParcelMonkey customer service is now disavowing this case in very poor English grammar, in essence telling me they cannot or will not investigate further, leaving me to chase my parcel with Royal Mail. This is a monumental failure, both in terms of delivery and customer service. Abysmal.

Atrocious doesn't even begin to describe Parcel Monkey....
Sent 3 packages in December 2020. Packages 1 and 2 arrived with the boxes barely holding together and the contents severely damaged (used bubble wrap and air cushions for each item). They wouldn't take any responsibility for the poor handling.
Package 3 was sent to a completely different country but ParcelMonkey customer service claimed (after assuring me for 2 months it was in transit) delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the package was going to be returned to the sender. In reality, delivery was NEVER attempted. The package never even made it to the destination country. After pushing back several times, I was told package was held in the UK and would be sent to the correct destination. After another few weeks of back and forth they matter-of-factly tell me the package was lost and refused any compensation.
If you care about your money, time, and well-being, do NOT use Parcel Monkey!
